This study aims to examine the relationship between instructors’ well-being and the organizational climate at their universities. Within this purpose, whether organizational climate predicts instructors’ well-being was detected. The data of the study consists of instructors working at universities in Eskişehir province during the 2023-2024 education year. The relational survey model was used during the collection of the data. The participants filled out an online survey that included four parts: demographic questions, psychological climate scale, social network intention scale and psychological well-being scale. In total, 422 instructors from ESOGU, Anadolu and ESTU universities took part in the study. While analysing the data, t-test, ANOVA test, regression and correlation analyses were implemented. As a result of the study; it was found that there is a significant meaning between the age variable and instructors' well-being. Instructors who are over 55 years old have been found to score better according to the psychological well-being scale. In addition to this, it was also determined that the professor group scored better on the psychological well-being scale. Similarly, instructors who have been working for more than 15 years in their occupation have a tendency to score high on the psychological well-being scale. Furthermore, it was seen that the significant difference was in favour of the instructors who have been working for 11-15 and 20 years in their current universities both in psychological climate and psychological well-being scales. The study can be conducted with a larger sample throughout Turkiye. Moreover, other factors affecting the psychological well-being of lecturers can be investigated for future studies.
