Özet

Speed of sound and densities of water+fructose+glycerol, at different concentrations in the temperature range 298.15 to 313.15 K, at 5 K intervals, have been experimentally determined. Apparent molar volumes and isentropic compressibilities, and apparent molar isentropic compressibilities have been calculated from density and speed of sound data. These results have been used to calculate the following partial molar quantities and temperature derivatives as a function of temperature: K-phi(0), (partial derivative K-2,m(0)/partial derivative T)(P), (partial derivative K-2(2,m)0/partial derivative T-2)(P), V-phi(0), (partial derivative V-phi(0)/partial derivative T)(P), and (partial derivative V-2(phi)0/partial derivative T-2)(P). The results are discussed in the light of solute-solvent and solute-solute interactions. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
