Özet

This paper uses Mode Matching Technique (MMT) to study and analyze three types of Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) phase shifters. Three design equations are presented and used to design three-phase shifter prototypes. The designed phase shifters are analyzed with MMT and full-wave simulator CST and the results are compared and discussed. The cascading procedure in SIW structure is achieved by the help of Generalized Scattering Matrix Method (GSMM).
