Özet

The purpose of this study is to determine the achievement level of cross-curriculum competences in science education program. The survey method and quantitative data were used in the study. The population of the study consisted of 39992 students who attended to 6(th), 7(th) and 8(th) grades in these schools. 2382 students were chosen randomly as the study sample. Data were collected by an achievement test in evaluating the levels of students' cross-curriculum competences student achievement test was used. The results of the achievement test were analyzed using independent samples t-test, analysis of variance and dependent samples ANOVA. According to the results of the study, suggestions to increase the achievement level of cross-curriculum competences.
