Abstract:

Transcription and evaluation of Ruse court register numberde 3 is studied which is an example of sheriah judicial records means court registers of Ottoman State. This material has done for transcript and evaluate of court register of Ruse numbered R-3 where was subjected to Ottoman State in XVII. century. It is wanted to offer this material for use of researches. Basic transcription rules have implemented in time of wiriting this record with Laitn alphabet. Decisions in the record that made the transcription have evaluated in a historical view. Genereal konwledge about Ottoman judicial system and history of place named Ruse had been given shortly before passing to the main text. Numbered R-3 Ruse Court Register is available at Oriental Collection of Sofia Cyril and Methodist Library in Bulgaria. This record and more records about Ruse region was brought in by members of History Department to our university. This record that preconditioned 213 number on variety subjects informs us about political, cultural, economic and military aspects of its period. Practices of Ottoman State at province and importance of Ruse at Ottoman history is unfolded in direction of informations get from decisions. Moreover, text worked is original and protected its importance in terms of historical material for usage of reseaches.
