Özet

This study investigates the performance of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries at different current rates. Batteries are widely used in electric vehicles and energy storage systems due to their long lifespan and high energy density. The experiments were conducted to examine the thermal behaviour of the batteries by charging them at different current values under room temperature conditions. The results indicate that different current rates significantly affects battery performance. The capacity and efficiency of the batteries decrease at low current rates while safety risks increase at high current rates. These findings highlight the importance of thermal management strategies for the safe and efficient use of LFP batteries. This study contributes to a better understanding of LFP batteries and their safer and more effective use in various applications.
