Özet

We report a case of a 71-year-old female who presented with axillary pain and pruritic seborrheic keratoses under the breast skin, which suggested a Leser-Trelat sign. Subsequently, underlying breast cancer was detected. Patients with a Leser-Trelat sign should always be investigated for malignancy
