Özet

A variety of methods have been developed to meet the needs in terms of developing technology with the manufacture of concrete. Chemical admixtures as known to it were put into operation very seriously in recent decades. Widespread requested using this frequency of use or misuse of the contribution as a result of the complicated way the two properties at the same time ensuring the situation arises. However, combined use of admixtures incompatible with each other can lead to the formation of unforeseen effects. Chemical admixtures in concrete, in some cases the discrepancy is cause to lower than expected or desired results to the formation of unwanted effects. This study investigated the effects of chemical admixtures are encountered in the production of concrete mortar samples showed the combination of different rates was sought to remedy these problems. The chemical admixtures for mortar components were kept constant at four different combinations (plasticizer, accelerator, retarder and air entraining agent). Optimal and high dosage to the samples occur in mixtures prepared fresh and hardened state experiments by applying flow-test, viscosity, setting time, fresh and hardened unit weight, ultrasonic pulse velocity, compressive strength, flexural strength, apparent porosity were investigated and micro-structure analysis were performed. The results obtained from this study contribute to a model showing the effects of using artificial neural networks have been trying to develop. Within a short time results that can be aimed to prevent loss of time in this type of work with this method.
