Özet

Bilateral carotid arterial occlusions are seldom encountered, and digital substraction angiography (DSA) is the gold standard for diagnosis. Cardiovascular risk factors are prominent in etiology. We present a symptomatic patient that has multiple occlusions at extracranial vessels including right common carotid artery, left internal carotid artery and left vertebral artery, and right vertebral artery was not enough for all cerebral circulation alone.
