Özet

In this study, cold plasma jets in Argon were produced at atmospheric pressure using two different plasma jet systems. Atmospheric pressure cold plasma jet (APCPJ) systems are produced as needle electrode-APCPJ and double ring electrode-APCPJ. Optical emission spectra (OES) of the atmospheric pressure cold plasma jets in Ar generated in both plasma jet systems were taken separately from different parts of the jets by changing the application voltage, application frequency and gas flow rate. The intensity variation of the emitted radiation of the transitions of A2Σ+ – X2Π of hydroxyl radical, C3Πu – B3Πg of nitrogen and 4P-4S of Argon taken from the early, middle and late regions of both atmospheric pressure cold plasma jets in Ar by changing the application voltage, application frequency and gas flow rate were investigated. The atmospheric pressure cold Argon plasma jets generated in the cold plasma jet systems used will be simulated using these results.
