Abstract

Purpose: To evaluate the toxicity and efficacy of oxaliplatin combined with the Nordic regimen of bolus 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and leucovorin (LT) (Nordic-FLOX) as adjuvant treatment in stage III colon cancer patients.
