Abstract
Objectives:Glioblastoma multiforme is characterized as a highly invasive and rapidly growing astrocytoma. Previous studies have reported that vitamin K-3 inhibits cell growth of many types of malignant tumor cell lines. In this study we aimed to investigate the possible inhibitory effect of vitamin K-3 on rat glioma (C6) and human glioblastoma multi forme cells.
