Özet

Following the research we did on the Religious Court Registers of the Crimean Khanate, we found many important documents on neighborhood and collective life These documents show that life in the neighborhood produces a system of common values which unite people and which prevent them from remaining alone On the other hand, in this study, we tried to explore the common ethnic, religious, administrative and financial responsibilities which paved the way to the institutionalization of Crimean Tatars Additionally, the relation of an individual with the community and collective life deriving from neighborhood culture has been clearly pointed out by means of the Religious Court Registers
