Özet

Ciprofloxacin (CP) is a quinolone derivative and generally used in the treatment of bacterial infections, It was reported that ciprofloxacin can cause epileptic seizures as a side effect (1). In this study, we investigated the effects of ciprofloxacin on pentylenetetrazole (PTZ), aminophylline (AMPH), strychnine (STC), and electroshock (MES) induced seizures in mice.
