© 2022 Elsevier GmbHIn this paper we study the change an electric field in the normal and binormal directions with respect to the null Cartan frame via anholonomic coordinates in Minkowski 3-space. We derive the Lorentz force equations and geometric phases in the normal and binormal directions along optical fiber with respect to the null Cartan frame for anholonomic coordinates. Finally we present some physical applications for anholonomic coordinates.
