Özet

The effects of different doses of cyclosporin A (2.5, 10, 25, 50 mg/kg/day) on chromosomes and serum enzymes in rats were investigated. Cyclosporin A (all doses) had no numerical effect on chromosomes. There was a dose-dependent increase of chromatid-type breakage, serum SGOT, SGPT, ALP and ASP levels according to the control. These increases were especially noted in the 50 mg/kg/day group.
