Abstract

Imagology is included in social sciences. It has an interdisciplinary perspective by its nature. This article will examine the concepts of "honor" and "honor killing" in Gabriel Garcia Marquez's Red Monday and examine the images in terms of sociological and cultural factors, from imagery to imagology. This study will be examined with an imagology approach. The concepts related to the "honor" that the author edited and the reasons why the events are transferred in the work will be emphasized.
