Özet
The Carabidae fauna of northern part of Kutahya province was surveyed. As a result of this field work 20 species was recorded in province. Among this species Harpalus (Harpalus) froelichi (Sturm, 1818) is reported here as a new record for Turkish Carabidae fauna. Sampling was conducted with baited pitfall trap which is not a common procedure to collect Carabidae species. New record descripted shortly and habitat information were discussed. Turkey and World distribution of each species and chorotypes were also given in text.
