Abstract

In this study, some 1-substituted 3-aryl-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazino[4,3-a] derivatives were synthesized, their structures were elucidated, and their vasodilatory activities were examined. It was found that the compounds under investigation showed appreciable vasodilatory activity.
