Objective: This study was carried out to develop and standardized an Occupational Learning Motivation Scale. That was used to determine level of their motivational learning at undergraduate nursing, midwifery and health staff students. Methods: In this study Occupational Learning Motivation Scale is used to determine under-graduate students' motivational learning. The scale was comprised of three sub-scales with a view to determining intrinsic, negative and extrinsic motivations. Scales were applied to 400 students that chosen sample for this study. Findings: The result of the factor analysis indicated that the measurement has three factors. Reliability analysis and correlations between items are very high and significant. Discussion: The result of alpha, factor analysis and t-test, indicated that the Occupational Learning Motivation Scale which is involved 24 items and 3 factors is reliable and valid. It could be recommended that, Occupational Learning Motivation Scale can be used for undergraduate student motivational level in different context and it should be tested for its reliability and validity.
