Abstract

This study investigates the evolution of organizational theory in Turkey through the postgraduate theses at CoHE Thesis Database between 2002-2013. The organization theory theses in the CoHE Thesis Database from 2002 to 2013 analyze with content analysis. Research results show that, the most theses found in 2007 then the other years. In addition, the PhD theses are more than the master theses and the new institutional theory is the most dominant organization theory in the theses. Finally, the majority of the theses depend on the emprical and quantitative methods with the most using of questionnaire.
