The aim of the study was to investigate relationships between erectile dysfunction and anxiety level and possible related factors among infertile men. A total of 375 infertile men formed the study group. The International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) was used for determining of erectile dysfunction. Chi square test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis test and Spearman correlation, and Logistic Model were used for statistical analyses. The frequency of erectile dysfunction was 69.6% (n = 261). By the logistic model results; low family income, chronicle disease history, lack of history of genitourinary surgery, to be <= 19 years age at first marriage was determined as the effective factors on the erectile dysfunction frequency (for each one p < 0.05). A negative correlation between Beck Anxiety Scale scores and IIEF scores was found (rho: -0.460; p < 0.001). Psychological support is recommended for male patients with erectile dysfunction.
