Özet

For years, human beings have had to make decisions for many situations. In addition to daily life problems, business life is faced to decision-making problems. Various methods have been developed to solve these problems easily. The reason of that is when the number of criteria increases, it becomes difficult to solve the problem intuitively. Another difficult situation is determining data. It is especially difficult to determine linguistic data and to calculate with these data. When linguistic data cannot be digitized, a large data loss may occur for the decision making problem. Fuzzy logic theory, which has also been used frequently in recent years, is seen as one of the best ways to digitize this type of data. With the spread of fuzzy set theory, various branches of fuzzy sets have emerged. One of the these fuzzy sets is pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFS). PFS are concerned with how well a fuzzy number can identify the data it represents, as well as how well it cannot identify that data. In other words, PFS have both membership function and non-membership function. In decision-making problems, this situation can be experienced for data. Therefore, PFS are used for the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem in this study. MCDM problem will be solved by trapezoidal pythagorean fuzzy AHP method and the results will be compared with the outputs which is solved by expert.
