Özet

A case of dermatitis associated with pegylated interferon (Peg-IFN) alpha 2a plus ribavirin treatment in chronic hepatitis C virus infection was reported. Peg-IFN alpha 2a with a dose of 180 microgram/week and ribavirin with a dose of 1000 mg/day combination therapy was initiated to a female patient with chronic hepatitis C infection. The patient was readmitted to our hospital because of rashes on abdominal region with pruritis at the 8 months of the combination therapy. For the lesions desloratodin and terfanidin prepenoflan treatmentwasinitiated. The lesions were regressed in 10 days.
