Noonan syndrome is a rare disorder, characterized by such as short stature, low posterior hairline, a webbed neck, cubitus valgus, thoracic wall deformities, and congenital heart defects. It may be confused with Turner's syndrome which is more frequent in the population. We describe here a I-month old girl, who was referred to our clinic with congenital anomaly.
