Abstract

Objective: Sleep is one of the main living activities having physiological, psychological and social aspects that affect the life and health of the individual. It is known that emotional states as sadness, anxiety, and depression impairs sleeping pattern of the individuals and affects the sleep quality. Cardiac angiography, which is a reliable diagnostic procedure, may also cause emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, and sadness. This study aimed to evaluate whether sleep quality of patients that undergoing cardiac angiography is affected or not.
