Abstract

Acute renal failure is a rare complication of infectious mononucleosis. We reported, herein, a case of infectious mononucleosis presented with fever, hepatosplenomegaly, pancytopenia, and acute renal failure. EBV infection should be investigated in case of acute renal failure with unknown etiology.
