Primary lymphoma rarely develops from female genital tract. Metastatic lymphomas can be seen at ovary, cervix uteri, vagina, corpus uteri, vulva and fallopian tubes, and rates of matestasis are reported to be 4 % in vulva and 7 % in vagina. The diagnosis of both primary and metastatic lymphomas of lower genital tract are not only difficult, but the initial evaluation can also be a is misdiagnosis. In this study, a case with primary Non-Hodgkin lymphoma of vulva and vagina, was reported and the data in literature on this subject was reviewed.
