The crime case has been processsed in the expanding range subject of historians at the wolrd and our country in the last years. In this concept, to search crime by social dimensions within the scope of Ottoman history is necessary for supporting literature a diversity and bringing for of a small section of empire which had been taken over by Turkish Republic. This study has been examined the crime case at Kandıra in 16th. century is investigated in the light of records of imperial state decrees multi dimesionly in accordance with the effort mentioned above. Study is composed of five basic section with an introduction and a conclusion. For every kind of crime commited at Kandıra in the 16th. century, a new title is done. These crimes are actions of students of madrasah firstly, rural offical’s crimes as the neglects and irregularities at the work of state; crimes against physical integrity in the scope of physical crimes; desertion of soldier, state offical and slave; offences against property. Study is targeted eye-opener in terms of showing the influence of central government at the Kandıra where lots of social unrests were lived. Infereces according to record of imperial court are done about crimes at place as being an example of crime history. As soon as these decrees have lots words for researcher, stay silent is preferred for missings creating the historical fiction. Nonetheless crime case is tried to search multi-dimensionally and discrete samples are not unminded. Moreover, making supports are hoped for sampels for today from point of view crime history of Kandıra, has informations about how the Ottoman legal processes were.
