Abstract

Pulmonary manifestations are well recognized during the acute phase of Stevens-Johnson syndrome but persistent pulmonary sequela is rarely reported. We report two boys with bronchiolitis obliterans following the acute phase of Stevens-Johnson syndrome and discuss the clinical picture and treatment of persistent pulmonary complications with reference to earlier reports. © 2007 The Authors.
