Özet

Background. This study investigates the efficacy of pinacidil, an adenosine triphosphate-sensitive potassium (K-ATP(+)) channel opening agent, added to custadiol solution on myocardial protection during deep hypothermia and prolonged global ischemia on isolated rat hearts.
