Özet
Traction maneuver is performed before the broken edges of bone are fixed. Kirschner wires are commonly used for this purpose. In some cases, Kirschner wires may lead to undesirable complications because of related vascular structures. We present the repair of a femoral artery pseudoaneurysm occurred during the traction of Kirschner wire.
