PTubuler nail (pincer nail) is a kind of nail deformity and the exact cause of this deformity is unknown. Besides its cosmetic disturbance, recurrent paronichia attacks and ill-fitting shoes are directed patients for help. For this deformity many conservative and surgical techniques have been described. In this report, 7 patients suffering from tubuler nail deformity, the nail beds were corrected with Kosaka strategy and the results were reported. Treatment of tubuler nail with Kosaka strategy is a good surgical alternative because all incisions are done on the pathological finger, besides there is no need for an avascular graft and distal phalanx remodeling can be done.
