Özet

This system will detect defects which would need long and exacting maintenance like bearing dispersion or extension which can occur because of high vibration when the limit values during engine operation are exceeded and it will take the necessary actions. The gas turbine compressor defect control and record system will make it possible to eliminate all corrective maintenance procedures, it will expand the time intervals of the periodic maintenance procedures and thus ensure high earnings in workmanship, material and maintenance costs. The control box will direct the user with instructions on the LCD screen in case of small defects and will ensure the elimination of the defect before it gets bigger. The information of every device will be transferred to the information systems at the department of the air force with the help of the memory card in the control box and current information about the devices in the inventory, defect records can be monitored the responsible logistic system manager and the responsible technical management engineer. This will make material supply planning and system management much easier. If the results of this system which is applied to GTC P85-180 engines are satisfactory, there will be no difficulties with other GTC engine applications. © (2012) Trans Tech Publications.
