Özet

Background: We aimed to compare the effects of controlled hypotension with dexmedetomidine or alfentanil on hemodynamic parameters, surgeon satisfaction and bleeding in surgical field under N2O-free low-flow sevoflurane anesthesia in patients undergoing middle ear surgery.
