Visually impaired people encountered with many problems when they are going public indoor locations like hospitals and libraries. One of these problems, domestic dogs helps visually impaired people when walking but they are not taken to public buildings. Another one, visually impaired people can not know floor of the room which they want to go. ME-NAV helps visually impaired people when they are walking at indoor locations with safety and voice-guided navigation. ME-NAV calculates the position of the user with K-NN algorithm and calculates the shortest path between current position and target point with A* algorithm. The shortest path is transferred to user with voice-guided navigation system. Users follow the voice guidance provided by software and yellow path designed for the visually impaired to access the point chosen. ME-NAV also gives audible warning to call help when the user fall detected.
