Abstract

Some technical goals and targets are costs, economical aspects, regional and environmental conditions and substructure constructions with the shortest time and cheapest way in construction, transportation and telecommunication sectors. An extensive cable TV distribution network for an urban communication service constituted using Minimal Spanning Tree Method (MST) basis on Graph Theory for solving cost and structure problems of the model. Hence, trying to solve minimizing of production cost and first cost of the model. Basic theme is to determine of minimal cable TV length and installation of the more appropriate distribution network and center at a designated city or region. Thus, minimal material, labor, welding equipment and erection time have been used in that planning.
