Özet:
After the use of static HTML pages with embedded controls, user interactive web pages are highlighted. Dynamic WEB pages are created to access database by getting information from users with an internet browser, accessing the database, getting the information and sending data back to user in client/server logic. To develop dynamic WEB pages that access to a database, developer should know both database and internet programming. In this study, the Oracle database structure and database access methods are examined and a WEB application development program in Oracle database has been developed to help users, who are not familiar with internet and database programming.
