Biography
After earning her BA in Sociology from the Faculty of Humanities at Anadolu University, she completed her MA in Art and Design at Eskişehir Osmangazi University with a thesis titled “The Relationship Between Photography and Memory: The Reproduction of Visual Representations.” She is currently in the thesis stage of her Proficiency in Art degree in the same department, focusing on the field experiences of female documentary photographers and the concept of the female gaze. Since 2020, she has been working as a research assistant in the Department of Visual Communication Design at ESOGU’s Faculty of Art and Design. Her academic and artistic interests include photography, visual sociology, memory studies, and cultural studies.
