Biyografi
Currently, Dr. Acaroğlu is a professor of Economics at Eskisehir Osmangazi University. In 2002, he obtained his B.S. degre in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Eskisehir Osmangazi University, in Eskisehir, Turkey. He joined the Department of Economics at the Eskisehir Osmangazi University as a research assistant in 2003 and received his M.S. degree in Economics in 2005. In 2010, he completed his Ph.D. in Economics at Anadolu University, in Eskisehir, Turkey. In June 2011, Dr. Acaroğlu started work as an assistant professor of Economics at Eskisehir Osmangazi University. In April 2018, he became an associate professor of Economics and in March 2024, he became a professor of Economics. His research interests are Engineering Economics, Economic Growth, Mathematical Economics, and Energy Economics. He more specifically focuses on Renewable Energy, Electricity Markets, Human Capital, and Environmental Issues with Sustainable Development and Growth.
